<p>The invention relates to a profile element which can be flexibly connected to other adjacent profile elements in order to form a roller blind. Said profile element comprises a front side and a rear side which are arranged at a distance form each other and at least one cavity is arranged therebetween, wherein an opening made therein leads into the front wall thereof and a sound-absorbing material is arranged therein. The aim of the invention is to improve the profile element in the above-mentioned manner, especially with respect to the sound-insulating properties thereof. The inventive profile element can be produced by virtue of the fact that the sound-absorbing material part consists of at least one sound reduction element which can be displaced at least in the region of the opening in order to open towards and away from the path thereof.</p> |
