<p>The integrated circuit has first and second connections (12, 14) and active components (16, 18), each with an input (20, 22) and output (24, 26), with given maximum blocking voltage between them. A given maximal voltage rise between them, exceeds the maximum blocking voltage. An input connection of an nth active component is connected to an n-1 th active component. The circuit varies the potential at control connections of the n-1 th component and the n th component synchronously in accordance with a control signal (32).</p> |
