Use of an organic matrix material (A) for the preparation of an organic semiconductor material, comprises at least partly spiro bifluorene compound (D) of formula (I) and/or formula (II), where glass transition temperature of (A) is at least 120[deg]C and the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) of the matrix material is at most on an energy level of 5.4 eV. R : a substituent at phenyl residue (where not all R are simultaneously hydrogen); and R 1>a substituent. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an organic semiconductor material comprising (A) and an organic dopant; and (2) an electronic element comprising an organic semiconductor material.
