Method of forming plastic pallet structure comprises inserting and adhering projections of one component into cavities of second component. Method of forming plastic structure comprises inserting and adhering projections of one component into cavities of second component. Projections of the second part are inserted into cavities (7, 8, 9) of the first part. This occurs when the ultimate contraction potential of the first part exceeds that of the second. Each projection is adhered into its corresponding cavity. Precisely-fitting projections and cavities form a closed assembly, sealed from the air, following final contraction. The projection is pressed into the cavity immediately after application of adhesive. An Independent claim is included for the corresponding plastic structure. |
