The device has a case with a flap (1) for holding a drum around which a shutter is rolled. The flap has a bracket (2) with a retention unit to support a removable flange (3). The bracket has a latch (4) with a monolithic body in an initial disengagement position, where the latch does not cooperate with the flange. The latch cooperates with the flange in a locking position for horizontally locking the flange in the retention unit. An independent claim is also included for a method of manufacturing a flap of a closing and opening device.
