The arrangement has a strike plate (40) fixed on a post (14D), and a bolt (32) disposed on an opening frame. A strike plate (140) is fixed on the post (14D) and a bolt (132) is mounted on the frame around a horizontal axis between tilted and lower positions. The bolts are manually controlled by respective handles (50, 150) disposed on a top part of a gate (18). A hole and a safety cam pin prevent tilting control of the bolt (132).
