<p>The present invention relates to a personal care composition containing a gel-network phase, a stability agent, a structured oil phase and an aqueous phase. This particular combination of materials, specifically gel-network emulsifiers in combination with stabilizing polymers, provide for products which have excellent application aesthetics and yet deposit significant levels of beneficial lipids even when rinsed off.
