PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine system with commodity stocks built in the neighborhood of installed vending machines. SOLUTION: The vending machines 51 and 52 are installed and a stock building space 14 for stocking commodities for the vending machines is secured in a condominium building 1 or on its premise 2 to provide the commodities stocked in the stock building space to tenants of the condominium charge-free in emergencies such as disasters. The vending machine system is provided with a means 101 for inputting predetermined conditions of the condominium, a means 102 for calculating specifications of the vending machines and the stock building space based on the inputted conditions, and a stock control means 62 arranged in the stock building space for controlling the quantity of commodities stocked therein.
