PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be easily assembled without any welding and have a high sealing characteristic in a sealed casing 1. SOLUTION: This sealed casing 1 comprises two opposite first wall members 21 and two opposite second wall members 22 orthogonal to the first wall members 21 which constitute a trunk part 20 of the casing; a ceiling part 10 covering the upper face of the trunk part; and a bottom part 30 covering the bottom face of the trunk part 20. The first wall member 21 is provided with cut faces 23 and 24 in the longitudinal direction of both ends of the plate member and a projecting part 25 in the longitudinal direction of the cut faces, the second wall member 22 is provided with cut faces 26 and 27 in the longitudinal direction of both ends of the plate member and a recess 28 in the longitudinal direction of the cut faces, the projection 25 is formed into a shape with cross section, and the recess 28 is formed into a groove shape with cross section.
