PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of water into the inside by constituting an operation part of a switch to be non-exposed to the outside and to eliminate the falling of a glass by preventing the slipping. SOLUTION: This coaster is constituted of a base plate 1, a transparent cover 2 having a horizontal upper face, LEDs 40R, 40G and 40B, an LED lighting circuit, a printed circuit board 4 mounted with a switch 42 for turning on/off the KED lighting circuit, and a bottom plate 3 composed of an elastic material. The base plate 1 is formed with a base plate storage part 10, which stores the printed circuit board 4 with the LEDs facing upward, opened in its upper face; and a battery storage part 12, which stores batteries 6 for supplying the power to the LED lighting circuit, opened in its lower face. The upper face of the base plate 1 is covered with the cover 2, the lower face of the base plate 1 is detachably mounted with the bottom plate 3, and the operation part of the switch 42 is made to abut on the inside of the bottom plate 3.
