Medical product with self-adhesive layer on one side of a support comprises an adhesive layer with a gel value profile such that the degree of crosslinking is highest on the support side and lowest on the application side. Independent claims are also included for: (1) analyzing the gel value profile of a medical product as above by dividing the product into surface-parallel sections with a cryomicrotome, extraction the sections and calculating the gel value as a function of depth from the weight loss during extraction; (2) controlling the crosslinking of adhesives in medical products as above, where a sensor-assisted measuring system for online determination of gel value varies the crosslinking of the adhesive via the effective radiation power when the gel value deviates from a predetermined target value; (3) producing medical products by applying an adhesive onto a support and irradiating the adhesive through the support. |
