Reinforcements (4,4') in a plinth foot (5) and plinth head (6) are connected to a tower retainer (T) to form a support unit (9). After this, the support unit enclosed in formwork is cast around to form a single-piece concrete foundation. Independent claims are included for a concrete foundation and for a stabilizing device for a concrete foundation.
