The cutting mechanism (18) has a hand rolling cutter (1) with a handle (2), swiveling cutting rolls (3a,3b) and base roller (5). The cutting mechanism has a guide rail for hand rolling cutter. The cutting rolls are arranged as replaceable modules. The freely swiveling cutting rolls show axial offset and are placed one above the other whereby cutting rolls slightly overlap at cutting area (22).
