<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensitive composition for a color filter capable of forming red pixels whose light transmittance and contrast ratio are high, and having rheologic properties suitable for application to a large substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation sensitive composition comprises (A) a pigment, (B) a dispersant, (C) an alkali-soluble resin, (D) a polyfunctional monomer, (E) a radiation sensitive radical generator and (F) a solvent. (A) The pigment contains ≥20 wt.% of C.I. Pigment Orange 38, an average particle diameter r (nm) of (A) the pigment is 50≤r≤200, and (B) the dispersant is an acrylic block copolymer having an amine value of >0 mgKOH/g obtained through living polymerization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
