<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system treating integrally a writer, a publisher and a printing office. <P>SOLUTION: A publisher terminal 1, a writer terminal 2, a printing office terminal 3, and a server 4 are mutually connected through a network 5. When a publication is planned, book information 41 is registered from the publisher terminal 1 to the server 4. In a printing company, a style sheet and a template 31 are formed, and stored in the server 4 through the printing office terminal 3. The book information 41 and the style sheet and template 31 are acquired by the writer terminal 2 to write a manuscript. In the server 4, a composition image 42 is formed by document information 24 of the manuscript, an attached file 27, and an image file 33 such as a picture or plate from the writer terminal 2 and the style sheet and template 31, and the formed composition image 42 is converted to, for example, a PDF file 44 and transmitted to the publisher terminal 1 and the writer terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
