<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 'a prize competition entry system' facilitating entry of a user into a prize competition. <P>SOLUTION: When the user brings a commodity purchased outside a vehicle into the vehicle, an on-vehicle system 1 reads a URL from an RF tag 5 stuck to the commodity (31), and accesses a Web server 3 by use of the URL (32). Registration personal information (35) about the user registered in a memory 102 is automatically inputted to a form of a prize competition entry form page 300 (33) transmitted from the Web server 3 (36). Present position information (37) showing a present position calculated by a navigation processing part 106 is automatically inputted to the form (38).
