PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody specifically bonding to an Fcγreceptor IIIa (FcγIIIa) and a hybridoma producing the monoclonal antibody; to provide a method for readily measuring the amount of the FcγIIIa by using the antibody specifically bonding to the FcγIIIa; and to provide a method for diagnosing chronic rheumatoid arthritis by measuring the amount of the FcγIIIa in a biological sample by using the antibody specifically bonding to the FcγIIIa.

SOLUTION: The antibody specifically bonds to the FcγIIIa. The hybridoma produces the monoclonal antibody specifically bonding to the FcγIIIa. The method for measuring the amount of the FcγIIIa uses the antibody specifically bonding to the FcγIIIa, and carries out the measurement by an immunological measuring method. The method for diagnosing the chronic rheumatoid arthritis comprises measuring the amount of sFcγIIIa in a sample by the measuring method of the amount of the FcγIIIa, and carrying out the determination based on the measured result. The kit for measuring the FcγIIIa includes the antibody specifically bonding to the FcγIIIa. The kit for diagnosing the chronic rheumatoid arthritis includes the antibody specifically bonding to the FcγIIIa.
