<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an ASP service user to select the most preferable service from the time or cost among services of the same kind provided by a plurality of ASP providers by providing service processing times or charge information in the providers to the APS service user by an APS portal server before the user requests an ASP service. <P>SOLUTION: The APS portal server 4 calculates, based on a parameter extracted from an input file that is an input of ASP service received from a user terminal 2, and service time/charge information for each ASP provider stored in a storage part 6, the rough processing time and charge information of the ASP service by each ASP provider, and displays them to the user terminal 2.
