<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler layer for a solar cell module which has the excellent adhesive property of a solar cell element and a back protection sheet, and further has rich designable property without exerting an adverse influence to the solar cell element, an electrode, etc. without deteriorating a working environment, etc. at the production time of the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The filler layer for the solar cell module arranged at the rear side of the solar cell element contains a silane-modified resin obtained by polymerizing an ethylenic unsaturated silane compound with a polyethylene for polymerization and a colorizing agent made of an inorganic compound.
