PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on a user when using electronic equipment, comprising both a function of communicating with other equipment and the function of displaying an image. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment D1 used as a reader/writer of RFID comprises a first display panel 21 and a second display panel 22 whose display surfaces looking at different directions, and a first antenna 41 and a second antenna 42 used for communication with other electronic equipment. The first antenna 41, provided to the second display panel 22, has directivity in the rear surface side of the first display panel 21. The second antenna 42, provided to the first display panel 21, has directivity in the rear-surface side of the second display panel 22. The image, corresponding to communication through the first antenna 41, is displayed on the first display panel 21, and the image corresponding to communication through the second antenna 42 is displayed on the second display panel 22.
