PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burning, yellowing or formation of a black point by preliminarily roughening a surface of a groove portion depending on a resin to be actually used and forming a carbonized film. SOLUTION: The method for forming and fabricating a resin and the screw for forming and fabricating the resin are characterized in that surface roughness (9) of groove portions (7) of a compression zone (5) and a metering zone (6) is preliminarily made large depending on the resin to be actually used to form a heat insulating layer of the carbonized film in the groove portions (7).
