PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing microlens with which a microlens can be precisely formed. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing microlens, a droplet 22 containing composition material of a microlens is delivered from a droplet delivery apparatus 1 and is struck to the substrate 5 and curing processing is applied for the struck droplet 24. Therein, after the droplet 24 is struck, the curing processing is applied after leaving a time until the rate of change of droplet 24 diameter falls below a prescribed value.
