PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of detecting fluorescence even if the device has low sensitivity. SOLUTION: This biopolymer analysis chip 1 is equipped with a transparent substrate 17, a solid imaging device 3 formed by arraying double gate transistors 20 in a two-dimensional array shape on the transparent substrate 17, a reflection prevention film 35 formed on the light receiving surface of the solid imaging device 3, and spots 60, 60 scattered in a matrix form on the surface of the reflection prevention film 35.
