PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting capable of reducing the man-hour, for example, in the work of replacing a gas meter of old model by a gas meter of new model, and reducing pressure loss. SOLUTION: In a pipe fitting composed of a first flow channel part 11a and a second flow channel part 11b extended in the longitudinal direction L of the fitting, and an intermediate flow channel part 11c connecting these flow channel parts in such a state that flow channel axes of the first flow channel part 11a and the second flow channel part 11b are shifted in the transverse direction W of the fitting, and a flow channel cross-sectional area of the first flow channel part 11a is smaller than that of the second flow channel part 11b, an intermediate flow channel inner wall on a side of the first flow channel part with respect to the flow channel axis Cb of the second flow channel part is constituted along a transition flow channel axis Cd smoothly connecting the flow channel axes of the first and second flow channel parts, and an intermediate flow channel inner wall on a side separating from the first flow channel part with respect to the flow channel axis Cb of the second flow channel part is constituted along a transition flow channel axis Cd after passing through an swelling part 8 displaced on a side separating from the transition flow channel axis.
