PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel fractional distillation device of an internal combustion engine for properly adjusting heat quantity supplied to fuel to be fractionated, and preventing overheating of the fuel. SOLUTION: The fuel fractional distillation device 11 is provided with a fuel pipe 13 having a contact part 20 to come into contact with and separate from an exhaust pipe 7 of the internal combustion engine 1, for leading the fuel to be fractionated, and actuators 16, 81, 91 for driving the contact part between a position to come into contact with the exhaust pipe and a position to separate therefrom.
