PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idling stop control device reducing the number of parts and reducing cost by commonly using a starter switch as a switch for idling stop function. SOLUTION: This idling stop control device is provided with a step S2 prohibiting operation of a starter motor when it is determined that an engine is operating, a step S6 determining whether the engine is in idling condition or not, a step S4 and a step S13 determining whether idling stop function is in valid state or invalid state, a step S3 determining turning on operation of the starter switch, and an indicator informing that the engine moves to idling stop state. An idling stop function invalid means making idling stop function in the invalid state from the valid state when it is determined that the engine is in operation state by the step S1 and it is determined that the starter switch is turned on by the step S3 is provided.
