PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block fence having high air permeability and decorativeness allowing gardening or the like without a closed feeling. SOLUTION: A plurality of first decorative blocks 111, 112, 113 are arranged in a horizontal direction, and a plurality of second decorative blocks 114, 115 arranged thereon are arranged holding first lattice blocks 131, 132 of tube shape in a horizontal direction. Corner type second lattice blocks 141, 142 are arranged on the first lattice blocks 131, 132 while abutting on the second decorative blocks 114, 115, and a plurality of third decorative blocks 118, 119 are arranged holding third lattice blocks 133, 134 of tube shape in a horizontal direction. In such a structure, the third lattice blocks 133, 134 are arranged to connect the upper parts of the second lattice blocks 141, 142, and the third decorative blocks 118, 119 are arranged to be located on the second decorative blocks 114, 115.
