PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition for modifying a polyurethane paste which is compatible with the polyurethane paste and enhances flexibility and gripping properties of a dip-molded article made of polyurethane such as gloves, and a solvent paste obtained using the thermoplastic elastomer composition. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition for modifying the polyurethane paste comprises an isobutylene block copolymer (a) constituted of an isobutylene compound block and an aromatic vinyl compound block.
