PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in gas barrier properties, heat sealability, non-charge properties, interlaminar adhesion strength and the like. SOLUTION: The laminate is a three-layered laminate wherein a base material layer comprising an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer or a polyester resin, an adhesive layer and a polyolefine sealant layer are laminated in this order. The adhesive layer is constituted of a potassium ionomer of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or a composition thereof, and both of the bonding strength of the base material layer and the adhesive layer and the bonding strength of the adhesive layer and the sealant layer are 2 N/15 mm or above and the surface of at least one of the base material layer and the sealant layer is 1 s or below in 10% attenuation time at an applied voltage of 5,000V.
