PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna apparatus in which the sensible temperature distribution of users inside a sauna object room is uniformized. SOLUTION: The sauna apparatus is provided with: a humidifying means 11 containing a water crushing means 16 for crushing water or warm water into droplets and a gas-liquid separation means 17 for separating the droplets crushed by the water crushing means 16 into large droplets and fine droplets; a heating means 12 for heating air fetched from the sauna object room; and a blowing means for blowing the air heated by the heating means 12 or the air containing the droplets generated by the humidifying means 11 to the sauna object room 1.
