PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sauna device by which users can comfortably spend time in a sauna object room 103 without feeling droplets by humidifying the sauna object room 103 by microdroplets without accompanying the feeling of droplets, and at the same time, the visual fields of users are not interrupted by a mist, and images and reading can be enjoyed in the sauna object room 103. SOLUTION: This sauna device is equipped with a circulation means 1 which circulates air of the sauna object room 103, a water crushing means 2 which crushes supply water into microdroplets, and a water heating means 3 which heats the supply water which is fed to the water crushing means 2. The supply water which is heated by the water heating means 3 is crushed by the water crushing means 2 to generate microdroplets of a high temperature. Air which is circulated by the circulating means 1 is made to contain the microdroplets of the high temperature, and is fed to the sauna object room 103.
