<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mediate between a job seeker side and an enterprise side by adding information as freewords to be transmitted from both of them. <P>SOLUTION: This information matching device is provided with a job seeking side information acquiring means 310 for acquiring job seeker side resume information, a job offer side information acquiring means 320 for acquiring job offer information from an enterprise side, a job seeking side keyword extracting means 330 for extracting keywords from information inputted as freewords among the resume information, a job offer side keyword extracting means 340 for extracting the keywords from the information inputted as freewords among the job offer information, a matching means 350 for matching the job seeking side keywords with the job offer side keywords, an information storage memory 360 for storing the required matched resume information and job offer information and an information transmitting means 370 for transmitting the resume information and job offer information in the information storage memory 360 to mediation destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
