PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent form easily built up into requested dimensions at a construction site and moreover lightweight and easy to carry. SOLUTION: An approximately quadrangular wire net formed of expanded metal is formed in cylindrical shape, and side edges 4a, 4b are joined to form a cylindrical frame body 2. The side edges 4a, 4b are fixed forming an overlap part 5 by a binding material 6, and a holding member 3 is mounted to the outside of the frame body 2 to form the permanent form 1. The holding member 3 is formed of steel rods and composed of annular parts 3a and connecting rods 3b. The inner diameter D<SB>1</SB>of the annular part 3a is formed larger than the outer diameter D<SB>0</SB>of the frame body 2, and the holding member 3 is externally mounted to the frame body 2. The permanent form 1 is embedded and left in a foundation of a building, and a foundation hole is formed inside. An anchor bolt or the like is embedded in the foundation hole.
