PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance visibility of a cut-off bar. SOLUTION: In this cut-off bar whose tubular main body (1) is equipped with a plurality of illuminants (2), the main body (1) is formed in such a manner that light can pass through its circumference, and the light emitted from the illuminants (2) is diffused by a light diffusion means (5) so as to pass through the main body (1). Since the light emitted from the illuminants (2) passes through the main body (1) after being diffused in all directions by the diffusion means, a light range of the cut-off bar is expanded, and the visibility of the cut-off bar is dramatically enhanced.
