PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alloyed metal powder which shows superior heat resistance when baked and is used as a base material for a conductive paste suitable for thinning a film in an electrode pattern or refining the electrode pattern; an alloyed metal powder manufactured from the non-alloyed metal powder; a manufacturing method therefor; and the conductive paste which can contribute to multi-layering and densification of ceramic electronic parts, with the use of the alloyed metal powder. SOLUTION: The non-alloyed metal powder comprises cores of a plurality of metals (silver, palladium and the like), which exist in a non-alloyed state, and of which the surface is coated with a metalalkoxide oxide layer. The alloyed metal powder for the conductive paste is produced by the step of alloying the metal in the core in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, which inhibits metallic blocks from being formed during alloying. Thus obtained alloyed metal powder contains few metallic blocks. The conductive paste using the alloyed metal powder can microfabricate an electrode, a wiring pattern and the like, and can thin the film of them, and shows adequate heat resistance when baked, because the surface of the alloyed metal powder is covered with the metalalkoxide oxide layer.
