发明名称 ALUMINUM FOIL HAVING EXCELLENT STRENGTH AFTER ANNEALING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum alloy foil attaining high strength even by final annealing performed for removing rolling oil after foil rolling. SOLUTION: The aluminum foil has a composition comprising, by mass, 0.01 to 0.7% Fe, 0.01 to 0.7% Si, 0.001 to 0.1% Cu and 0.01 to 0.1% Zr, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The aluminum foil having the above composition and having a thickness of 5 to 200μm is annealed under the condition of holding at 180 to 400°C for 8 to 140 hr. By the annealing, the aluminum foil in which the remaining rolling oil is securely transpired and removed, and whose strength after the annealing is also high can be obtained.
