PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of measuring inclination without loading an object to be measured. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a plurality of contact shoe means contacting an object to be measured and relatively varying its dimensions, at least one sensor means for sending the relative dimension variation of the contact shoe means to a display after converting to electric signal, and an indicating means for indicating the electric signal from the sensor means as digital values.
