PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frictional plate capable of reducing a cost by simplifying a machining process while securing desired face accuracy and thermal capacity. SOLUTION: In this frictional plate mounted in adjacent to a fixed plate of which both axial faces are locked on a fixed body or a rotating body of a frictional fastening mechanism by snap rings, having an approximately annular main body part and a plurality of claw parts projecting to an outer peripheral side or an inner peripheral side of the main body part, conducting frictional fastening at the main body part, and transmitting the rotating torque to the rotating body by the claw parts, the thickness of the claw parts is thinner than the thickness of the main body part.
