PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor control system for efficiently control the operation of the compressor. SOLUTION: The compressor control system controls a plurality of compressors 20 (one screw compressor 20a, and a plurality of turbocompressors 20b). The system comprises a control means for controlling the compressor 20 on the basis of comparison between a set value and a pressure of compressed air supplied from the compressor 20 to a compressed-air-using apparatus 10, a shutoff means for stopping the operation of the turbocompressor 20b running at idle during the originally shutoff time, a RAM storing the time for starting the operation of the compressed-air-using device 10, a turning-on means for bringing to an idle state one of the turbocompressors 20b remaining in a shutoff state three minutes before an actual operation-start time in the past stored in the memory, an actual operation-start time-discriminating means for discriminating an actual operation-start time of the compressed-air-using device 10, and a means for renewing the memory contents of the RAM on the basis of the actual operation-start time discriminated by the actual operation-start time-discriminating means.
