<p>A rod-shaped tappet is biased in the closed position by a spring. An impact body is arranged opposite the tappet. The tappet is movable by an electromagnetic or pneumatic force against the closing direction to hit the impact body. The spring, which may be a spiral spring, leaf spring, diaphragm spring, pneumatic spring, electrical spring or rubber buffer, resets the tappet to the closed position.</p> |
