<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector capable of suppressing crosstalk between signal wires adjacent to each other without needing an accurate soldering connection technique. <P>SOLUTION: This electric connector 11 is provided with a board 12 having: a plurality of signal wire connection conductors 16 for respectively connecting a plurality of signal wires 2 of a differential cable 1 thereto; and drain wire connection conductors 17 for connecting drain wires 4 of the differential cable 1. The electric connector 11 is further provided with covers 20 for covering connection parts between the signal wires 2 and the signal wire connection conductors 16. The covers 20 are formed of conductors and connected to the drain wire connection conductors 17.
