<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which anyone can make a comparison and a judgement of vehicles easily without having to have a test ride. <P>SOLUTION: Features of each type of vehicles and characteristics, that is, sensory values (ride quality, noise, etc. felt by human sense organs) are made into data and programmed so that they can be compared easily. Guidance is done strictly in an everyday expression using drawings (pictures), and other visual and voice output means, which are outputted to computers or other information terminals and voice output hardware at a store or over telecommunications.
