PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a proper discount to a day when bad weather is forecasted to induce a customer.

SOLUTION: A sales agent server 20 receives an application for a use day of a vacation facility 12 from a user (S1). A weather forecast reference function 22 inquires of a weather forecast server 10 about a weather forecast of the use day and a hitting ratio thereof. A discount calculation function 24 calculates the discount of the use day according to the weather forecast of the use day and the hitting ratio thereof, and presents it to the user. A ticket issuing function 26 receives acceptance of the discount and issues a ticket (S9), notifies a sales management server 16 of the vacation facility 12 about the ticket issuance, and charges an intermediary charge (S10).
