<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp capable of eliminating leakage light from a resin cover containing a phosphor and eliminating a variation in color tones. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp is formed by converting a luminescent color by passing light from an LED chip through the resin cover containing a phosphor or a wavelength absorbent has a binder layer.
