<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering control device which improves the precision of offset learning by fixing a duty command value at the time of offset learning of detected current to a predetermined value. <P>SOLUTION: A learning-condition determining part estimates a state in which driving current has become nearly zero, and when the starting of the offset learning is determined, a duty command value with a 50% duty ratio is output. In this state, an offset-estimating part estimates the offset current value of a current detection circuit, and an offset correction part corrects each phase of a current detection value from the estimated offset current value. In other words, the current passed through a motor at the time of the offset learning can be made almost zero.
