<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely vent remaining gas in an aerosol container in which an operating button moving up and down in the approximately vertical direction with respect to a cover body is fitted. <P>SOLUTION: Two facing legs 12 are formed on an outer cylinder 11 of the operating button 10. The facing legs 12 have hanging shapes from the outer cylinder 11 at a stage of use of the aerosol container, and they are kept out of the way of up and down movement of the operating button 10. When gas is vented from a used container, the facing legs 12 of the operating button 10 removed from a stem 30 are respectively bent outward, and then, this operating button 10 is put again into the cover body 20 to fit it into the stem 30, and is further pushed to move the stem downward. By this movement downward, the facing legs 12 having passed through the inner wall 22 of the cover body 20 under a bent condition are extended a little by their own restoring forces, and the end parts 12a are locked on the undersurface 22a.
