<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for receiving a message containing a command to an audio device and transmitting the command to the audio device. <P>SOLUTION: A message is processed by a master device before being transmitted and used for controlling a slave device. A command is delivered through the master device to the slave device without being processed by the master device. A remote control controls the master device and the slave device. The command is transmitted on a first communication channel between the master device and the slave device. An audio stream is multiplexed with the command on the communication channel. The audio stream is transmitted on a second communication channel between the master device and the slave device. The first communication channel includes radio channels.
