PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-dissipating device providing a centrifugal fan with an acceleration flow path, uniformizing fluid speed inside the flow path, increasing the wind pressure and improving fluid performance and heat dispersion efficiency. SOLUTION: This heat-dissipating device with the acceleration flow path includes a rotor blade provided with a fan frame having at least one wind inlet and at least one wind outlet and with a blade unit installed inside the frame and comprising a hub and a plurality of blades.
