PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo control system and a servo control method, allowing a controller, an operation device or the like to control two or more shafts like one shaft by only exchanging data such as a control signal, a parameter or the like to a one-shaft servo controller, when interlocking two or more servo motors driven by the servo controller to drive one drive system of a machine. SOLUTION: In this servo control system, one servo controller 1 is set as a master, and the other 2 is set as a slave. The servo controller 1 of the master has a master processing means 33 communicating with the controller 3, performing input/output of data by just two shafts of the master and the slave, and performing input/output of the data to the servo controller 2 of the slave.
