PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing load by performing representation control to only a proper object. SOLUTION: A visual point/attention-focusing point position calculation part 3041 successively calculates positions of a moving visual point and an attention point within a three-dimensional space. An object representation determination part 3043 determines whether or not representation is performed for each object contained in an object group based on each position of the objects contained in the object group and the positions of the moving visual point and the attention point.
